Oh boy do I love this place. I love and am so excited about how much they were able to expand their inventory with the extra space. Each employee is so knowledgable and I feel that they are stationed in the areas that they are most comfortable in artistically, which is very helpful as a customer. I have been in a few times, even though I have a vast amount of supplies already, and each time spend a few hours. The only thing I wish they had more of are the quirky desk items and gifts, small items, etc like they had in their Main St. store. There is still a selection of them, but I'm hoping to see more in the future. Overall, there are so many hobbies and crafts to check out. I also think it would be cool if they incorporated needlework/crochet/embroidery type products.

Tons of selection. I was very impressed by what they had. The staff was friendly and helpful. I mostly went for drawing and watercolor. They had single stock of almost all the pencils, pens and markers. The selection for watercolor was excellent as well. All of the bigger brands in single tubes and sets. The prices I thought were fair.

Artist? Creative individual? Stay at home parent that likes to engage your children with crafts instead of video games? You're heading to the right place. Hyatt's is artistry heaven. They have everything from my personal favorites, paint markers and high end graffiti grade rattle cans, to artisan quality hand made paper, pastels, chalk, pencils of every color and make pens, fabric and leather paints, acrylic, oil, even top shelf uber expensive writing instruments for but certainly not limited to calligraphy. I could keep going but I'm pretty sure you get the drift. The staff is diverse, knowledgeable, friendly and definitely seemed to understand when to step in and help and when to leave an individual alone to sort through this creative space on their own. Prices are all over the place but such is typically the case in a place like this. If you want to spend $15 and walk out with crayons and colored paper for the kids, yer all set. If you wanna drop $500, $600 on rattle cans for your next mural they got you covered there as well. Good media has never come cheap. Most people know that much. The facility is cavernous and laid out extremely well. All departments mesh into each other so your never at a loss for what's around the next corner. This was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last. I've lived all over the place in my time and I've never been in a store anything like it. I could show up at opening and stay til close and probably spend every available penny here and not be in the least bit upset with the experience. They have coupons at checkout and a worthwhile loyalty program I'll definitely be taking advantage of. I highly recommend Hyatt's to any artist of any level you will not be disappointed I promise you that.
